Trip Basics

The Aunties & Uncs Seafood & Slots Getaway is $675 per person based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are available — contact us for details.

October 23–25, 2026. Final travel documents with departure times and full instructions will be sent approximately 30 days before departure.
There is a South Jersey departure location and one North Jersey pick-up stop. Specific departure points and times will be confirmed in your travel documents. All travelers are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure — the coach departs on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.

Reservations & Payment

Submit your $60 non-refundable deposit and complete registration at connectwithkendra.com. Your spot is not confirmed until your deposit is received, registration is complete, your Traveler Profile is submitted, and hotel reservation information has been submitted.
After your $60 deposit, the remaining balance is invoiced in two payments:
  • $160 due August 15, 2026
  • $160 due September 15, 2026
Invoices are sent to the email address you provide during registration. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Hotel & Roommates

Hotel accommodations are reserved separately through our travel booking system. A valid credit card is required to secure all hotel reservations. The hotel rate is $295.00/night for a two-night stay ($590.00 total per room), accommodating a maximum of two guests.
One traveler must be designated as the Primary Room Holder and provide their credit card to secure the reservation. The hotel will charge one credit card for the entire room. Roommates are responsible for settling the cost directly between themselves. Kendra E. Newman Planning Strategies is not responsible for collecting roommate reimbursements or mediating payment disputes.
No — you may register before selecting a roommate. Roommate matching may be available as a courtesy, but cannot be guaranteed. If a suitable roommate cannot be secured, you may be responsible for the single occupancy rate.

Cancellations & Transfers

The $60 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Trip package payments may be refunded according to this schedule:
  • On or before August 14, 2026 — 75% refund
  • August 15 – September 14, 2026 — 50% refund
  • September 15 – October 1, 2026 — 25% refund
  • After October 1, 2026 — No refund
All cancellations are subject to a $30 administrative service fee. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Yes, through October 15, 2026, subject to a $30 administrative service fee. The replacement traveler must complete all registration forms, submit their traveler profile, meet all payment requirements, and secure hotel accommodations. Transfers after October 15 cannot be guaranteed.
The motorcoach departs on the published schedule and cannot be delayed. Travelers who do not appear at the departure location on time are considered a No-Show and forfeit all trip payments with no eligibility for refunds, credits, or transfers. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

The motorcoach departs on schedule. No-shows forfeit all trip payments and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or future vouchers. Arrive at least 30 minutes early.

🏨 Roommate Responsibility

The Primary Room Holder assumes responsibility for all hotel charges. KENPS does not collect roommate payments, enforce roommate agreements, or reimburse travelers for unpaid roommate balances.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. KENPS is not responsible for losses due to illness, injury, weather, delays, supplier cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

📋 Liability

KENPS acts solely as a coordinator of travel services provided by independent suppliers and shall not be held liable for acts, omissions, injuries, or expenses caused by third-party suppliers.
