October 23–25, 2026. Final travel documents with full instructions will be sent to registered travelers before departure.

Register at connectwithkendra.com and make your first payment — either $380 in full or your first $200. Your spot is confirmed once your payment is received, registration is complete, and your Traveler Profile is submitted.
Choose one of two options:
Invoices are sent to the email address you register with. Your tour payment is separate from your hotel payment, which is made directly to the hotel.
Not for late registration. Your first payment secures your seat.
Your seat isn't confirmed until your tour package is paid in full. Unpaid seats may be released to the next traveler.
Your hotel room is booked and paid separately from your tour package, directly to the hotel. The rate is $295/night (taxes included) — $295 per person for double occupancy or $590 for single occupancy, for a two-night stay. One credit card is required to hold the room.
One traveler must be designated as the Primary Room Holder and provide their credit card to secure the reservation. The hotel will charge one credit card for the entire room. Roommates are responsible for settling the cost directly between themselves. Kendra E. Newman Planning Strategies is not responsible for collecting roommate reimbursements or mediating payment disputes.
No — you may register before selecting a roommate. Roommate matching may be available as a courtesy but cannot be guaranteed. If a suitable roommate cannot be secured, you may be responsible for the single occupancy rate.
Your first payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Travelers who miss the departure are considered a no-show and forfeit all trip payments with no refund, credit, or transfer.
All KENPS tour payments are due by October 20, 2026.
